We want you to be satisfied with Auxobots. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are granted for subscriptions and custom development services.

1. Subscription Plans

All subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started. This applies to all plans — Free Trial, Basic, and Pro.

However, we offer a free trial period so you can evaluate the platform before committing to a paid plan. We strongly encourage you to use the trial period to confirm the platform meets your needs.

2. Exceptions

A refund may be granted in the following exceptional circumstances:

• You were charged twice for the same subscription period due to a billing error on our part.
• The platform experienced significant downtime (more than 72 consecutive hours) during your billing period due to issues on our end, and you were unable to use the service.
• You submitted a refund request within 48 hours of your first payment and have not actively used the platform (no bots deployed, no trades executed).

3. Custom Bot Development

For "Build My Bot" custom development projects:

• A deposit is required to begin development. This deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.
• If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope of work, the deposit will be refunded in full.
• Final payments are non-refundable once the deliverable has been handed over.

4. FX/CFD Bot Licences

Purchased FX/CFD bot licences (EA files) are non-refundable once the licence has been issued and the file downloaded, as digital products cannot be returned.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at info@auxobots.com with:

• Your registered email address
• Your payment transaction ID
• The reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

6. Cryptocurrency Payments

All payments are processed in cryptocurrency. Approved refunds will be issued in the same cryptocurrency at the exchange rate at the time of the original payment. We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
