Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Auxobots. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Services

Auxobots provides a cloud-based algorithmic trading platform that allows users to deploy automated trading bots across supported exchanges and brokers including Binance, Bybit, OKX, BitMEX, Kraken, and MetaTrader 5 (MT5). We also offer custom bot development services through our "Build My Bot" programme.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Auxobots. By using our services, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at info@auxobots.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

4. API Keys and Exchange Access

To use our bots, you will connect your exchange API keys to our platform. By doing so, you grant Auxobots permission to execute trades on your behalf. You should only grant trading permissions — never withdrawal permissions — to API keys used with Auxobots. We are not responsible for losses arising from API keys with excessive permissions.

5. Subscription and Payments

• Access to Auxobots features requires an active subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
• Payments are processed in cryptocurrency via NowPayments.
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of our software
• Use our services to manipulate markets or engage in wash trading
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the platform
• Resell or sublicense access to our platform without written permission

7. Trading Risk

Algorithmic trading involves substantial financial risk. Auxobots does not guarantee profits. See our full Risk Disclaimer.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, and designs on the Auxobots platform are the intellectual property of Auxobots. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auxobots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms of Service, without prior notice and without liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
